About Our Stores
What are your business hours?
Our business hours are 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday through Sunday. We are closed on Wednesdays. Please note that business hours may change during the New Year holiday season. Any updates will be announced on our website.
Where are your stores located?
Yokohama Main Store: 3 minutes on foot from Shirahata Station (West Exit) on the Tokyu Toyoko Line.
Nakano Broadway Store: 5 minutes on foot from Nakano Station (North Exit) on the JR Line.
Ginza Nine Store: 3 minutes on foot from JR Shimbashi Station (Ginza Exit), or 1 minute on foot from Tokyo Metro Shimbashi Station (Exit 3).

Can I request to see an item from another store?
Yes. We can transfer items between stores upon request, which usually takes 1-2 business days. Transfers are available for all three stores (Ginza NIne, Nakano Broadway, and Yokohama Main Store). Please contact us through our inquiry from, by phone, or via our social media channels.
Do you provide repair, overhaul, or battery replacement services forwatches not purchased from your store?
We’re sorry, but we do not accept repairs, overhauls, or battery replacements for watches purchased elsewhere.
Can I see the actual product in person?
Yes. All items listed in our online store are also available for viewing in our physical stores. However, since each of our vintage watches is one-of-a-kind, we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm availability.
Can I receive a tax exemption?
Yes, you can. However, please note that the original passport is required to complete the tax-exemption procedure. We are unable to process tax exemptions with a copy or photo of your passport. Be sure to bring your physical passport with you.
About Your Order
How can I place an order?
Simply add your desired items to the cart and proceed to the checkout page.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
I have not received an order confirmation email.
Please check your spam or junk mail folder, and verify that your registered email address is correct. If you still do not receive it, kindly contact us through our inquiry form.
Can I request a receipt?
Yes. If you require a receipt, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us via direct message on any of our social media channels. Please note that if you purchase through a shopping loan, the receipt will be issued by the loan company.
Is membership registration required to make a purchase?
No, membership registration is not required. You may complete your purchase without registering.
I live overseas. Can I purchase items from your website?
We regret that we do not sell directly to customers residing overseas. However, you may place an order if you provide a shipping address within Japan (for example, a friend’s residence).
Do you ship overseas?
No, we do not ship directly to international addresses.
About Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AmericanExpress, Diners Club, Discover), bank transfers (prepayment), and shopping loans. For details on shopping loans, please refer to our [Shopping Loan FAQs].
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Through a shopping loan, you may choose up to 60 installments. For more information, please see our[Shopping Loan FAQs].
Is my credit card information secure?
Our website uses a secure HTTPS (SSL) connection, and all information is transmitted through encrypted communication. You can shop with confidence.
Where can I find the bank transfer details?
Bank transfer information will be included in the confirmation email you receive after placing your order.
Are there any fees?
For bank transfers, customers are responsible for the transfer fee. There are no additional fees for credit card payments.
About Our Products
Are all of your watches authentic?
Yes. Every vintage watch we offer has been carefully authenticated.
Can you provide details about the condition of a specific watch?
Each product page includes a detailed condition description and multiple photographs. If you require further information, please feel free to contact us.
What does "overhauled" mean?
An overhaul means that the watch’s movement has been fully disassembled, cleaned, and restored to ensure optimal performance.
Are they waterproof?
We treat all vintage watches as non-waterproof, as their original water resistance may have diminished over time due to aging and wear. Even models that were once highly water resistant should be considered non-waterproof, unless they have undergone a recent water resistance test.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All vintage watches purchased from us include a one-year warranty.
What does the warranty cover?
Our 12-month warranty covers natural malfunctions within the warranty period. Repairs will be carried out as many times as necessary at no additional cost. Please note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, cosmetic scratches, or replacement of consumable parts that have reached the end of their lifespan.
Do your watches come with accessories?
Accessories vary by product. Please refer to the description on each product page.
Can you adjust the bracelet size?
Yes, we offer bracelet adjustments. Any removed links will be included with the watch upon shipment.
Can you adjust the bracelet for larger wrist sizes than those listed?
We regret that we cannot add additional links beyond what is provided. In some cases, extension links may be available—please contact us before making a purchase.
Do the product photos accurately represent the color?
We do our best to reproduce the actual colors in our photos, but they may appear slightly different depending on your viewing environment (e.g., monitor settings).
Are your watches one-of-a-kind? Do you restock them?
Yes, each vintage watch is unique. While we may occasionally reacquire the same model, we do not accept restock requests.

About Holds & Reservations
Can I put a watch on hold to view it in-store?
Yes. Please feel free to contact us.
How many watches can I hold at one time?
You can hold up to 2 watches at a time.
How long is the hold period?
Holds are valid for three business days. (Please note: our regular closing day, Wednesday, is not included in this count.)
About Repairs & After-Sales Service
Can I request a repair or overhaul after my purchase?
Yes. Please bring your warranty card to any of our stores.
How long does a repair take?
Repair times vary depending on the work required, but typically take around six weeks. An estimate will be provided in advance.
How much does a repair cost?
Costs depend on the watch’s condition and the type of repair. A detailed estimate will be given when we provide a quote.
Do you repair watches purchased elsewhere?
Unfortunately, our after-sales services are limited to watches purchased from our store.
Do you replace the battery?
We do not provide battery replacement services.
About Selling your watch
Do you purchase watches?
Yes. FIRE KIDS actively purchases vintage watches, with a focus on mechanical models made between 1900 and 2000.
Can I request a valuation if I live overseas?
Valuations are available only if:
- You reside in Japan.
- You have a Japanese bank account.
Please note that payments are made only by bank transfer. We do not provide same-day cash payments.
Is there a fee for a valuation?
No, our valuation service is free of charge.
What brands are you interested in?
We purchase a wide range of brands, including Rolex, Omega, Seiko, Citizen, IWC, Tudor, Orient, Longines, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Cartier, Universal, Breitling, Vacheron Constantin, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and many others.
Do you offer a delivery purchase service?
Yes. After applying through our online form, we will send you a purchase kit. Once you complete the required documents and ship your watch, we will proceed with the appraisal and transfer the payment upon completion. Our delivery is available from anywhere in Japan.
What documents are required for a purchase?
A valid ID is required. For in-store sales: Please bring your watch and ID (e.g., driver's license, health insurance card, passport). For mail-in sales: Please include a copy of your ID with your shipment.
When will I receive payment?
ayments are transferred to your designated bank account as follows:
・Purchases finalized by Tuesday: Paid on the Friday of the same week.
・Purchases finalized Wednesday or later: Paid on the Friday of the following week.
Can I be paid in cash?
No. All payments are made via bank transfer only.
